PAKET TAGIHAN TETAP TELEPON TELKOM

Hari Minggu siang tanggal 3 Mei, tiba-tiba telepon rumah berdering. Setelah diangkat ternyata itu merupakan telepon dari telkom yang menawarkan paket telepon tetap bebas abonemen. Waktu itu marketing telkom tersebut menawarkan paket telepon tetap Rp.100.000,-. Penawaran yang menarik karena biasanya tagihan rumah selalu melebihi harga 100 ribuan walaupun telepon rumah jarang dipakai. Biaya 100 ribu lumayan lah mengurangi biaya abonemen. :) . Langsung saja penawaran ini kami terima karena sangat menguntungkan. Kami tidak perlu khawatir lagi mengenai biaya tagihan telepon karena bisa mengendalikan biaya teleponnya setiap bulan dengan lebih pasti dan yang penting bebas biaya abonemennya itu. Marketing telkom itu langsung menanyakan pemilik nomor dan nomor KTP pemilik nomor telepon dan katanya paket itu bisa mulai berlaku untuk tagihan bulan depan.

Agak penasaran juga mengenai kebenaran paket tersebut, saya coba mengunjungi web www.layanantelkom.com. Ternyata ada tujuh Paket Telepon Rumah Tagihan Tetap yang ditawarkan yakni, Paket Rp 65 ribu, Paket Rp 100 ribu, Paket Rp 150 ribu, Paket 250 ribu, Paket 400 ribu, Paket Rp 700 ribu dan Paket Rp 1.500 ribu. Yang jadi pertanyaan, kok marketing telkom hanya menawarkan kepada kami paket yang 100 ribu itu ya walau ada pilihan 6 paket lainnya? Padahal ada paket yang 65 ribu. Mungkin karena tagihan telkom rumah saya selalu melebihi 100 ribu kali ya?..

Paket 100 ribuan , terdiri dari bebas biaya bulanan, bebas pemakaian SLJJ selama 300 menit (Off peak hours) dan bebas pemakaian telepon Lokal selama 350 menit. Bila ada kelebihan dalam pemakaian lokal pun maka tarifnya juga lebih ringan dibanding tarip lokal normal. Sebagai catatan, sayangnya bebas pemakaian SLJJ selama 300 menit itu hanya berlaku untuk dari jam 23.00 s/d 06.00 saja.
